1. Where are you located?

The production and main office is German-leaded and located in China. We have a second office in Germany only for customer support.

2. How can I place order?

You can sign up an account at our website and place your order.

3. Which languages do you speak?

We speak English, German and Mandarin.

4. What do you sell?

We sell Body and Fashion Stainless Steel Jewelry, made of Stainless Steel 316L, Titanium G23, Acrylic, PTFE and Silicone.

5. Can I visit your factory?

Yes, you are welcome; you can contact our customer service team for an appointment.

6. Do you have a printed catalog?

Our website is the fastest way to showcase our newest hot selling body jewelry products to the world. We upload nearly every day new items. So we don’t have a printed catalogue.


Product and order

1. I can’t find the size or color I want. What should I do?

You can contact our customer service team by email or phone for your question. We will check our stock and inform you soon.

2. What if the product I ordered is out of stock? If this happen we will contact you to send you the next delivery time or propose similar products as a substitute. We will not ship product substitutes without your prior approval.

3. Can I place an order below your MOQ?

No, our minimum quantity order is USD $200 (excluded back orders).

4. Can you provide images of products without your logo?

Yes, we can provide images of the products you ordered with our logo removed. Please contact our customer service team for additional information.

5. Can you make jewelry with custom design?

Yes, we are a factory; we can produce almost any sizes, colors and designs in Steel 316L, Titanium G23, Acrylic, PTFE and Silicone. The minimum order depends on material requested item. You can send us sample for the best result. If there is no sample, please send detailed drawing with sizes. Please contact our customer service team for further information.

6. Can I order a product with another crystal color different from your website?

Yes, you can. The minimum order is 100 pcs only. You can choose any color from Preciosa or Swarovski crystal color charts. Please contact our customer service.

7. Can you also provide stone and gem jewelry?

No, we are concentrated on crystals and cubic zirconia.

8. What colors coating do you have?

We have PVD coating in black, 18k Gold, 18k Rose Gold, dark blue, light blue and rainbow. We also have full-colored coatings in white, black, red, yellow, pink, fuchsia, blue and green.

9. How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packed in labeled and barcoded bags with SKU number, specification, and quantity with bubble wrapped to ensure maximum security.



1. Which logistics service do you use?

We ship by DHL EXPRESS. Orders over $700 get free shipping by DHL EXPRESS.

2. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We ship orders which are in stock within 3-5 business days after the payment is cleared. Delivery time depends on the destination and logistics. All the orders will be shipped from production in China. An email will be sent to you regarding your order has been shipped including tracking number.

3. How you charge the shipping cost?

You can the the postage costs always updated in the cart. Up from $700 net (minus discounts) we will send your order postage free.

4. What if I haven’t received the parcel more than a week?

Please contact our customer service team, we will immediately check with our logistics, and we also suggest you to ask the logistics at your side. You can see your shipment status always online with the help of the tracking number. Please check before shipment is going to leave the factory that billing and shipping address will be correct for an uncomplicated delivery.

5. What if I received a damaged package?

At first, please check if the carton package is broken, then you should take a photo of the carton package and send it to the logistics to ask for breakage claim. If the carton package is fine, please refer to our return policy.

Simply select Paypal for your payment during the checkout. You will be forwarded to the Paypal website, where you can log-in and complete the payment. The fees are about 3.9% and have to paid by the customer. ***Paypal is one of our most convenient payment methods, as no additional authorizations are required. First time customers and international customers are encouraged to use this method in order to avoid any delays.

No, the payment should be paid before the order is shipped out.

1. What is your return policy?

If your item has a manufacturing defect in materials, workmanship or shipped in error, please notify us by email with photos of the product, labeled package, order number, SKU number and the quantity within 5 days of receiving the shipment. We will decide whether a return shipping is required.In case of justified complaints you can choose to be given a credit note or replacement of products with your next order.

Without our notification, goods return will NOT be accepted. When returning a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet our conditions, we will not accept the return or the items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
